The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, aka Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, which is located in Phoenix, Arizona, with over 78,000 veterans and their spouses who are memorialized at the site will have it’s ceremony at 8 a.m. with Keynote speaker RJ Mitchell who is a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran. This event will include a flyover, wreath presentation, color guards, music by the Army National Guard Band.

A new splash pad will be open on Memorial Day weekend. It is located near 55th and Sweetwater at Sunset Palms Park. Splash pads Open at 11a.m. and this one is located near the homes at Marshall Ranch, Mission Groves and Thunderbird Paseo Condominiums in Glendale.
