ABOUT GLENDALE 

Glendale is Arizona's fourth largest city and the financial and business hub of the rapidly growing Northwest Valley. It's a friendly city with a small-town feeling where the charm and character of its past are as important as the growth and progress in its future. It's been called the large city with the small town feel. You will find many different styles of homes in Glendale including quaint cottage style houses such as the ones in Old Towne Glendale, new construction near Pinnacle Peak, large executive homes in Arrowhead Ranch, and Horse property in Sunburst Farms.  

Glendale has earned the reputation of Arizona's Antique Capital and has been rated as one of the top Antique locations in the country with its Old Towne Glendale and Historic Caitlin Court Shopping district with more than 90 antique stores and unique shops featured in cottage style homes.

This area is especially beautiful during yearly special events held in downtown Glendale including Glendale's Christmas Glitter & Glow, the Valentine Glendale Chocolate Affaire, and the Hot Air Balloon Glow in January. These events include many vendor venues, unique gift ideas and activities for the entire family complete with an old fashion snowball fight and horse drawn carriages. They have extended evening shopping in the antique stores all amid the thousands of Christmas lights all nestled around Historic Murphy Park, the town center square.  

Glendale has kept its charm during the growth period of the past few years by keeping an eye on the future and monitoring neighborhood development and revitalization of older neighborhoods, maintaining areas of parks and preservation of the historic estates such as Saguaro Ranch Park and Manistee Ranch. You will find many communities located in this area such as Marbrisa Ranch, Chaparral Ranch, Santa Maria and Paseo Place just to name a few. Each community offers a variety of home styles and sizes to fit different family needs. Many are located close to amenities of the Glendale Library, Post Office, schools, parks and nearby shopping plazas.  

Glendale features beautiful master-planned communities, luxury executive homes, older residences in quiet, tree-lined neighborhoods, and affordable starter housing including townhouses and condominiums. 

Randolph Ranch, Manistee Ranch and Marshall Ranch offer a more contemporary home and are located near Glendale Community College. These areas also have condos and townhouses that are perfect for college students and first time buyers.  

Arrowhead Ranch is a popular, prestigious residential area in Glendale located in north Glendale due to it's location near many amenities including freeway access of the 101 loop, golf at the Legends at Arrowhead golf course, adjacent to the Thunderbird Park, with its walking paths and scenic Mountain views, Lake views and Golf Course views. There is shopping nearby and restaurants at Arrowhead Mall, entertainment and the nearby Peoria Sports Complex with it's Spring Training and other events.
